Open Skies 2
First what is OpenSkies ?
OpenSkies refers to a bilateral (and sometimes multilateral) Air Transport Agreement which:
liberalizes the rules for international aviation markets and minimizes government intervention.
For example you have yet Air France which is flying from London LHR to New York JFK and British Airways do the same in Paris CDG to New York JFK, Cies have the right to propose any flight even not from their country to another. This is what we can call now OpenSkies 1.
OpenSkies 2: the goals are to expand the market from both side of the Atlantic ocean US and Europe. In favor of the customer, more cies more choices, the prices will drop down. Favorise the Cies expansion, in order to create route like this: Air France doing Las vegas LAV – Atlanta ATL.
